As a director of facilities - Midwest/Mid-South, you will lead divisional facilities performance across Texas, Florida, the Midwest and the Mid-South, ensuring stores receive consistent, reliable and high-quality facilities service. You will be accountable for regional facilities performance, including asset uptime, service quality, expense and capital stewardship, supplier execution and store partner experience. You will serve as the key facilities business partner to divisional and regional operations leadership, owning customer relationships, understanding evolving business needs and ensuring facilities strategies, investments, programs and service delivery support successful store operations and enhance both partner and customer experiences.
As a director, facilities - division, you will…
- Lead divisional facilities performance across Texas, Florida, the Midwest and the Mid-South by setting direction for regional facilities teams, establishing clear priorities and operating routines, and improving service quality, operational consistency, asset reliability and store support.
- Own customer relationships and business partnerships with divisional and regional operations leaders, translating business needs, partner feedback and store priorities into facilities strategies, service expectations, investment recommendations and regional roadmaps.
- Drive supplier, financial and program execution at scale by managing expense and capital budgets, leading business reviews, defining business requirements, strengthening supplier accountability and partnering cross-functionally to deploy regional facilities programs with measurable results.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading facilities, operations, real estate, construction, procurement or related business functions with comparable scope and complexity
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and developing leaders or teams
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or capital and expense management
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing supplier, vendor, contract or service-provider performance at scale
- Minimum of 8 years of experience owning customer, stakeholder or business partner relationships with regional, divisional or senior leaders
- Ideal candidate located in the greater Texas area

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
