Role: IT Operations Specialist
Location: Cikarang, Indonesia
Qualification / Skills Requirements:
Skill Sets:
•Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes
•Windows Administration: Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DHCP, DNS, and Azure/Cloud technologies
•Manages the lifecycle of Windows 11 endpoints, focusing on modern management, automated OS deployment via Windows Autopilot (Intune), and cloud-based policy configuration.
•Experience supporting or participating in enterprise system integration projects.
•Experience implementing or supporting CRM solutions and integrating them with enterprise applications.
•Experience supporting and integrating enterprise applications, including CRM, HRIS, and Microsoft 365 solutions. Develop and maintain company policies and processes related to IT asset management.
•Experience supporting manufacturing IT environments and production systems is an advantage. Manage deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT assets.
•Knowledge of IT procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and related services.
•Understanding of CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for IT operations.
•Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and Non-BOM material management, including procurement and inventory processes in a manufacturing environment.
•Lead internal and external audits associated with IT asset management; Validate the IT Assets periodically by physical verification, 100% asset tagging; Participate in Internal and external physical verification exercise and work on recommendations.
•Adherence to IT asset management processes in line with IT Service Management Framework
•Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and operational reports using Microsoft Power BI. Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network infrastructure troubleshooting. Presenting dashboards with respect to Asset management planning, inventory, and procurement
•Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments, including troubleshooting client-side access, browser compatibility, and Java-related issues within Windows.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving technical issues of simple, complex, and critical service requests at enterprise Infrastructure Landscape. The focus of this position is to manage the Manufacturing site in coordination with rest of the team.
•Provide end-to-end IT operational support for enterprise applications, end-user computing, and manufacturing environments.
•Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes in accordance with ITIL best practices to ensure service availability and SLA compliance.
•Maintain technical documentation for workflows, reports, integrations, and system configurations.
•Administer and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, including service catalogs, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
•Act as the primary lead for all ITIL activities within the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. This includes managing Incidents, Service Requests, Change & Problem Management.
•Support the integration of enterprise applications and business systems, including Microsoft Power Platform, CRM solutions, HRIS, and other third-party applications using APIs and automation tools.
•Maintain a highly accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow, ensuring all hardware assets and network dependencies are correctly mapped and audited.
•Architect and manage robust factory-wide networks (LAN/VLAN/WLAN) using industrial-grade hardware to ensure seamless connectivity between the shop floor and core systems.
•Manage IT procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, and related services.
•Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to ensure timely acquisition of IT equipment while complying with company procurement policies.
•Prepare and manage IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets, monitor expenditures, and support cost optimization initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience: 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
•Certifications: ITILv4 Foundation/Specialist is mandatory. PMP, CCNA, or VCP is highly preferred.
•Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
•Fluency in the native language, Bahasa, as well as proficiency in English for effective coordination with global IT teams
