Job Description:
HR Operations & Administration
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments and provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal, and separation.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee records within HR systems.
- Monitor HR operational effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
- Support workforce restructuring, organizational changes, and talent movement initiatives.
2. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Consolidate and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, allowances, claims).
- Monitor service delivery standards and ensure compliance with payroll timelines and policies.
- Support communication and implementation of employee benefits programmes.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Monitor recruitment progress and workforce vacancies to ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Participate in interview panels for selected positions and provide hiring recommendations.
4. Performance Management Administration
- Coordinate and monitor the annual performance management cycle, ensuring timely completion across assigned departments.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management processes and employee development plans.
- Provide administrative support for performance improvement processes.
5. Employee Relations Support
- Prepare documentation for disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Coordinate with Group Industrial Relations (IR) for guidance on disciplinary matters.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Head, HRBP.
6. HR Reporting & Workforce Data
- Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave utilisation, etc.).
- Support manpower tracking and workforce data updates.
- Compile data for audits, budgeting, and management reporting.
7. Engagement & HR Communication
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.
- Support communication of HR policies, programmes, and updates.
- Assist in implementing Group culture and employee experience initiatives.
8. HR Coordination & Administrative Support
- Support HR-related reporting (e.g., manpower, audit, and operational reports).
- Assist in audit processes (e.g., MSQH, JCI, IMS, Internal Audit) and ensure documentation readiness.
- Coordinate administrative HR matters (e.g., training logistics, employee support services) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge and Experiences:
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
- Experience in healthcare or service-based industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll coordination preferred..
