1. Takes full ownership for ensuring continual safety, quality, and productivity improvement in responsible areas.
2. Collaborates effectively with Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Technical Advisors, and Shop Floor Technicians.
3. Leads identifying areas for improvements and optimizations based on the Operational Excellence Framework.
4. Applies the acquired knowledge in the workplace through Kaizens.
5. Checks product quality and takes necessary actions according to SOP and OCAP flow in production.
6. Follows plant and area rules in all EHS/safety processes and maintains 5S in the workplace.
7. Follows plant and area rules to complete necessary trainings and related qualifications.
8. Supports the operation team in training, consumables/tools management, and new material setups.
