Overview

The Account-to-Account Risk Solutions (A2A RS) team is a cross-functional team, overseeing solutions that are dedicated to safeguarding businesses and consumers from various financial crimes. Made up of our product management, data scientists, operations, and technology partners, we have launched solutions for account to account real-time payments that detect and prevent fraud, with advanced technologies, data analysis techniques and industry best practices to identify suspicious patterns, behaviours, and transactions on a global scale.

The A2A RS team is looking for a Director of Product Enablement and Go-to-Market to help accelerate market adoption of our fraud and financial crime solutions by connecting product strategy, customer needs, and commercial execution.

The role will equip regional sales, account, and delivery teams with the knowledge, tools, positioning, and subject matter expertise required to engage customers effectively, support strategic pre-sales opportunities, and grow adoption of A2A Risk Solutions.

Through strong fraud-domain knowledge, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership, this role will strengthen how we position, launch, and scale solutions across markets while ensuring customer and field feedback informs product roadmap and prioritisation.

Role

• Lead product enablement and go-to-market readiness for Account-to-Account Risk Solutions, ensuring regional sales, account, and delivery teams are equipped to position, sell, and implement solutions effectively.
• Partner with regional and global sales teams to support strategic pre-sales engagements, including client discovery, solution positioning, proposal support, demonstrations, and executive-level client conversations.
• Translate complex customer fraud, financial crime, and payment risk challenges into clear product value propositions, solution narratives, and commercially compelling use cases.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement assets, including pitch materials, solution briefs, demo scripts, FAQs, objection-handling guidance, competitive positioning, and implementation playbooks.
• Act as a bridge between Product, Sales, Delivery, Technology, and Regional teams to ensure market feedback, client requirements, and competitive insights inform product roadmap and prioritisation.
• Support go-to-market execution for new product launches, enhancements, and market expansions, ensuring clear messaging, target segments, readiness plans, and adoption measures are in place.
• Provide subject matter expertise on fraud prevention, scam detection, mule activity, account-to-account payments, and broader financial crime trends to support client and internal stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the voice of the customer and field teams in product discussions, helping ensure solutions are commercially viable, operationally scalable, and aligned to customer needs.

All About You

• Strong background in pre-sales, solution consulting, product enablement, or go-to-market roles, ideally within fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, or risk technology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with customer stakeholders across business, product, technology, fraud operations, risk, and executive audiences.
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles, including discovery, solution shaping, client presentations, proposal development, and commercial handover into delivery.
• Deep understanding of fraud and financial crime challenges in digital payments, ideally including account-to-account payments, scams, mule networks, transaction monitoring, identity, or behavioural risk signals.
• Ability to translate technical and analytical product capabilities into clear customer outcomes, business value, and differentiated market positioning.
• Proven experience creating high-quality sales enablement and go-to-market materials that help commercial teams explain complex solutions simply and consistently.
• Commercially minded, with an ability to connect customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and product capabilities into practical growth opportunities.
• Comfortable working across global and regional teams, balancing consistency of product messaging with the need to adapt to local market, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Product, Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Success teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex fraud, risk, and technology concepts for senior internal and external audiences.
• Curious, collaborative, and proactive, with a continuous-improvement mindset and a strong commitment to Mastercard’s values and customer-centric way of working.
