Job Overview
The Quantity Surveyor will support quantity surveying and commercial activities for highway and road construction projects, ensuring effective cost and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quantity surveying activities for highway and road construction projects.
- Prepare and review project cost and quantity-related documentation.
- Monitor project quantities and construction costs.
- Assist with valuations, measurements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project and site teams on quantity surveying matters.
- Support commercial and cost control activities as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in highway/road construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and construction processes.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on a shutdown basis.
