The Corporate Real Estate Analytics team provides financial, strategic, and data-driven analysis that supports real estate decisions across the firm's portfolio. The team partners closely with Corporate Real Estate, Finance, workplace stakeholders, and business leadership to evaluate investments, optimize the branch network and office portfolio, improve business processes, and deliver actionable insights that inform long-term real estate strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis for real estate projects, including lease renewals, relocations, consolidations, capital investments, subleases, acquisitions, dispositions, and other portfolio initiatives.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate investment alternatives and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare executive-level approval packages, presentations, and recommendations for lease transactions, capital projects, and strategic real estate initiatives.
• Conduct demographic analysis to evaluate market opportunities and site selection for branch real estate.
• Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support leadership decision-making.
• Lead or contribute to special projects and enterprise initiatives requiring financial, strategic, or analytical expertise.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in corporate real estate, financial analysis, analytics, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced financial modeling experience, including NPV, IRR, P&L, tax vs. book, payback calculations, and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of commercial office and retail real estate, and familiarity with commercial property valuation methods.
• Familiarity with GAAP for real estate and leases.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics and automation platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across multiple business functions.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

 

Please note: This position operates on a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and is available only in Phoenix, AZ (24th Street and Lincoln location). Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the area at their own expense. 

 

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
