Job Description

We are hiring Italian-speaking Content Moderators to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with community guidelines and platform policies.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate videos, images, text, and audio content.
- Identify and remove content that violates community standards and platform policies.
- Moderate user comments, posts, and appeals.
- Apply content classifications accurately.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal moderation guidelines.
- Document moderation decisions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal policy, compliance, and support teams.
- Work on a rotating schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts when required.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (C2 level), both written and spoken.
- English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content.
- Ability to adapt to frequently updated policies and guidelines.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, social media, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
