DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender und Aufbau neuer Vertriebspartnerschaften
- Steuerung und Optimierung von Commerce-Prozessen, Systemen und Vertriebswegen
- Leitung bereichsübergreifender Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für Provisions-, Incentive-, Konditionierungs- und Subventionsprozesse
- Erstellung von Management-Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für nationale und internationale Führungsgremien
- Vertretung des Bereichs in lokalen und globalen Executive-Level-Meetings
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit mehrjähriger Berufspraxis oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung - gerne im Automotiven Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Nachhaltige Kommunikation im Innen- und Außenverhältnis
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Leitung von Projekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Automotive und im Bereich Full-Service-Leasing
- Analytische und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
