Job Description

Duration: Approximately 6 months – Part TimeEmployment Type: Part Time / Contractor / Temporary Assignment

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Product Marketing Manager to provide temporary support for a high-impact product marketing team. This role will help drive product launches, go-to-market execution, customer communications, sales enablement, and critical initiatives during a period of increased business demand. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator who can quickly understand complex products and translate them into compelling customer-facing messaging and launch programs.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

 

Product Launches & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support end-to-end launch planning and execution for new products, features, and platform enhancements.
  • Develop go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, and customer communication strategies.
  • Coordinate launch activities across Product, Sales, Client Services, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams.
  • Track launch readiness and ensure timely delivery of launch assets.

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Create customer-facing messaging, value propositions, FAQs, presentations, and support content.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation and enablement materials.
  • Partner with product managers to understand features and customer benefits.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent across customer touchpoints.

Sales & Client Enablement

  • Create sales collateral, one-pagers, presentation decks, and training materials.
  • Support internal enablement sessions for client-facing teams.
  • Help translate technical functionality into clear business value for advertisers, publishers, and partners.

Partner & Customer Communications

  • Draft customer announcements, release communications, webinar content, and educational materials.
  • Support communication plans for product releases and critical initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal collaborators to ensure communication accuracy and alignment.

Strategic Projects

  • Contribute to high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Help find opportunities to improve launch processes and customer adoption.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Management, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience launching software, SaaS, advertising technology, marketing technology, or digital platform products.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating across technical, commercial, and operational teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, partnerships, payments, SaaS platforms, or marketing technology.
  • Experience creating sales enablement and customer education materials.
  • Familiarity with product launch frameworks and change management practices.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaborators.

Success in This Role

 

The successful candidate will quickly become a trusted partner across Product, GTM, and Marketing teams, helping maintain momentum on product launches, customer communications, partner initiatives, and strategic programs while delivering high-quality execution across multiple workstreams.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office. Compensation Range: USD $40.00 - USD $90.00/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
