- Analyze manufacturing, supplier, warranty, and customer quality data to identify trends, develop KPIs, and drive improvements that reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), scrap, rework, and warranty expense.
- Improve manufacturing quality through stronger process controls, inspection strategies, testing methods, error-proofing, and Lean initiatives that increase First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce variation.
- Partner with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues, improve supplier performance, and support field investigations when needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of Quality Engineering or Quality Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), product reliability, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives using tools such as 8D, CAPA, FMEA, 5 Why, SPC, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Proven ability to analyze quality data, develop KPIs, and drive measurable operational improvements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing processes; food service equipment or similar manufacturing experience is a plus.
