At Lineage, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems that power our operation — including hands-on work with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems essential to our success.

****Ammonia refrigeration experience required****

Key Responsibilities

· Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliable operation.

· Perform preventive maintenance on ammonia refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards.

· Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.

· Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.

· Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

· 3+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia).

· Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.

· Ammonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus.

· Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.

· Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

· Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).

· Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.
