It's a broad, hands-on role with real ownership and true responsibility, working closely with the Marketing Director within a close-knit team. You don't have to be on the doorstep, either. The role involves a minimum of two days in the office, with the remainder of the week spent working from home.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll develop and own the brand marketing, making sure everything meets the highest standards. It's a varied role spanning brand development, product launches and everything digital, so no two weeks will look quite the same.

• Create the copy, content, imagery and assets that bring the brand, its products and technologies to life
• Lead the marketing of new product launches, developing the assets and messaging and managing the launch-to-market process, within tight deadlines
• Take ownership of the website, shaping its design and development and leading the content direction
• Develop content and campaigns for offsite activity, including social, display and biddable channels
• Lead the social media channels end to end, from content and community responses through to the day-to-day management behind the scenes
• Act as the brand guardian throughout every channel and touchpoint
• Work hand in hand with the Product Development, Sales and wider Marketing teams, and with retail customers

What You'll Bring

You'll be a hands-on marketer who's just as happy writing copy and creating imagery as they are planning activity and campaigns. You'll likely bring:

• Solid brand marketing experience, ideally with a higher-end or premium brand
• Solid understanding of marketing products to a consumer audience
• A track record of working at pace in a busy, fast-moving commercial environment
• Hands-on digital and social media skills, comfortable running channels end to end
• Strong organisation skills - you can manage complexity, juggling launches, deadlines and several projects without dropping the ball
• A strong eye for quality, confident in creating content and assets that feel on-brand
• A natural instinct for consistency and high standards. A desire to get it right
• Able to work independently as part of a small, often remote team
