Description
Support and improve business processes and system operations related to SAP. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient system usage, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Support SAP system operations and resolve day-to-day system issues.
Analyze and improve business processes related to procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.
Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements with IT.
Provide user support and training for SAP modules.
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare reports and analyze supply chain performance.
Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
Participate in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement projects.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in SAP, ERP systems, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), or WM/EWM is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
