MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
|
The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing, leading, implementing and continuously improving Omnia's integrated demand and supply planning strategy, operating framework, processes and capabilities across the end-to-end supply chain.
The role ensures that demand, supply, inventory, production, procurement and distribution plans are aligned to business objectives, enabling optimal customer service, working capital performance, inventory optimisation and operational efficiency. The incumbent will support the Master Planner in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, manages planning teams and systems, drives cross-functional alignment. Custodian of forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, master data governance, new product introductions and product phase-in/phase-out activities.
The role serves as the key link between Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance functions to ensure sustainable business performance and strategic execution.

Minimum Academic and Professional Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Chemical Engineering Advantageous Qualifications
