About the Role 

Responsible for the PFEP design, sets the correct strategies for perfect material flow, creates adequate parameters in SAP for a timely material replenishment process, provides support to distribution dept. 

Project managements skills are required to ensure continue improvement initiatives are completed on time, within budget and perfectly align with departmental objectives. 

Teamwork skills are needed to work cohesively with cross-functional departments, problem solving strategies, build trust and conflict resolution. 

The ideal candidate needs knowledge/experience with automation technologies, digitalization, software development, robotics, artificial intelligence.  

Be curious to explore new ways of doing things safer, faster, better, simpler, cheaper.    

What You Will Do 

• Identifies and leads improvement solutions for the supply-chain process end to end. 

• Elaborate and document robust standard work instructions aligned with SOX control. 

• Accountable for maintaining supply chain application systems in SAP (WM & IM), standard work instructions, safety procedures, updated layouts, etc. 

• Working with master planners on outsourcing needs, warehouse planning, collaborating with packing engineering, design, distribution, among others. 

• Supporting Distribution department needs involving pricing quotation and supplier selection. 

Education requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Preferred careers are engineering such as Robotics, Mechatronics, Scientific data analyst, Supply Chain management) 

• Advance English level is required.

Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of raw materials and finished products. 

Project Management: 

Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. 

Process Improvement: 

Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities. 

Analytical Thinking: 

Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. 

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: 

Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. 

Usage of state-of-the-art tools to improve operations efficiency in Supply chain and eliminate manual errors. 

Problem Solving:  

Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. 

Supply Chain Management: 

Knowledge principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use strategies, practices and tools for controlling the internal logistics processes in a factory and warehouse. 

Considerations for the best candidates: 

• SAP system, Microsoft tools (Copilot, Microsoft planner, Power BI, Microsoft project, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc) AutoCAD. 

• 3-5 years in a similar role.
