Supply Chain Planning, Order Fulfillment Analyst IIThe Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution of order fulfillment activities across the Beverage Supply Chain. This role ensures customer orders are supported through effective shortage resolution, inventory flow execution, transfer management, space management, and customer PO scheduling.
The Order Fulfillment Analyst works cross-functionally with Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Plant Operations, and Warehouse teams to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and provide tactical direction that supports customer service and supply chain performance. This role requires a strong bias for action, effective communication, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Essential Functions
Order Fulfillment Execution
- Executes daily order fulfillment activities while balancing customer service, inventory availability, transportation, production, and operational constraints.
- Resolves customer order shortages by identifying supply risks, evaluating available inventory, and coordinating actions across functional teams to minimize customer impact.
- Executes inventory flow plans to ensure product is positioned appropriately across the network to support customer demand.
- Creates, manages, and monitors inventory transfers, proactively addressing exceptions and working with Logistics, Plants, and Warehouses to drive timely execution.
- Develops and maintains space outlooks to identify current and upcoming capacity constraints across the network.
- Manages space exceptions by coordinating tactical actions with Planning, Logistics, Plant, and Warehouse teams to mitigate capacity risks.
- Executes customer PO scheduling activities based on customer requirements, inventory availability, and operational capabilities.
- Monitors operational exceptions and takes timely action to resolve issues or escalate risks when additional support is required.
Cross-Functional Execution & Collaboration
- Partners closely with Water Production Planning, Beverage Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Plant Operations, and Warehouse teams to coordinate daily order fulfillment activities.
- Serves as a key connection point across functional teams, ensuring priorities, risks, and required actions are clearly communicated.
- Leads weekly operational performance calls with Plant and Warehouse teams to review performance, identify execution gaps, and align on corrective actions.
- Provides tactical direction to cross-functional partners to support inventory movement, transfer execution, space management, and customer order fulfillment.
- Communicates emerging risks and operational constraints to appropriate stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.
- Follows established processes, priorities, and strategic direction while applying sound judgment to day-to-day execution decisions.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitors key order fulfillment and execution metrics to identify performance gaps and areas requiring action.
- Uses data and operational insights to prioritize issues and support effective decision-making.
- Identifies recurring execution challenges and partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes and ways of working.
- Supports implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, reporting, and operational improvements.
- Maintains accurate and timely information to support visibility and decision-making across the Beverage Supply Chain.
