B2B Prospecting Trajectory: 2+ years of verified professional experience operating as an outbound SDR or BDR, with a proven track record of selling directly into the US business landscape.

Executive Presence & Language Elite: Near-native, flawless spoken and written English communication skills. The candidate must be completely comfortable conversing directly with US founders, CEOs, and corporate executives.

Outbound Tech Stack Literacy: Direct, hands-on navigation skills utilizing sales acceleration environments such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GoHighLevel (or a comparable CRM that can be mastered rapidly).

Phone Resilience: A highly proactive, self-directed working style with genuine comfort executing outbound telephone dials and the resilience to navigate initial cold outreach barriers.
