Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home) 

 
Location: Remote from Latin America
 
Position Type: Full Time
  
Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD/month base (Final baseline calibrated to outbound experience, plus an performance-aligned incentive bonus per qualified meeting booked / closed deal).
  
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Strict operational alignment with standard US Eastern Time (EST) business hours is required to actively engage North American business prospects.

They are currently scaling their market reach by launching a proactive, sophisticated outbound client acquisition engine, and this role represents their first dedicated hire focused entirely on pioneering this channel.
 
The Role
 
Our Client is seeking a tenacious, self-directed, and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the master architect of their outbound pipeline. Operating as a critical partner directly to the Founder, the successful candidate has one primary, clear mission: keep the Founder's calendar filled with highly qualified introduction calls. This is a true multi-channel prospecting position demanding a resilient professional who moves comfortably across cold emails, phone interactions, and LinkedIn environments to connect with high-value decision-makers. The candidate will own everything from data scraping and list curation to initial qualification, leaving the final presentation to the closing team.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

Data Architecture & Multi-Channel Prospecting Execution

 

  • Builds, filters, and continuously updates hyper-targeted lists of outbound leads using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to strictly match the company's Ideal Client Profile (ICP).

  • Deploys and manages multi-channel outbound outreach cadences, utilizing personalized cold email tracks, direct LinkedIn messaging loops, and strategic telephone dials.

  • Qualifies prospects stringently against pre-determined service fit benchmarks, ensuring that only high-intent, highly relevant business owners earn a spot on the scheduling link.

  • Books verified, high-quality introductory assessment appointments seamlessly onto the Founder’s calendar.

 

CRM Pipeline Hygiene & Performance Diagnostics

 

  • Controls the internal database engine inside GoHighLevel, carefully indexing every outbound touchpoint, email reply, call disposition, and deal stage with absolute data precision.

  • Executes meticulous, creative follow-up protocols on prospects who have gone cold or quiet to maximize pipeline conversion yields.

  • Synthesizes outbound performance metrics to deliver an accurate data brief every Friday, breaking down dials, connection ratios, reply metrics, qualified pipelines, and net meetings booked.

 
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
 
Required Qualifications
 
  • B2B Prospecting Trajectory: 2+ years of verified professional experience operating as an outbound SDR or BDR, with a proven track record of selling directly into the US business landscape.

  • Executive Presence & Language Elite: Near-native, flawless spoken and written English communication skills. The candidate must be completely comfortable conversing directly with US founders, CEOs, and corporate executives.

  • Outbound Tech Stack Literacy: Direct, hands-on navigation skills utilizing sales acceleration environments such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GoHighLevel (or a comparable CRM that can be mastered rapidly).

  • Phone Resilience: A highly proactive, self-directed working style with genuine comfort executing outbound telephone dials and the resilience to navigate initial cold outreach barriers.

  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a distraction-free home office environment, a modern computer setup engineered to handle sales tool stacks concurrently, and a stable, high-speed internet network coupled with clear audio input hardware.

 
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Direct experience prospecting or selling professional service packages, commercial fractional-CFO tiers, accounting structures, or B2B financial offerings.

  • Practical understanding of modern cold-email delivery frameworks, including secondary sending domains, domain health verification, SPF/DKIM tracking parameters, and inbox warmup steps.

  • A documented background or portfolio demonstrating average meetings booked per month in a previous outbound business development role.

Target Account Profile (ICP Context)
 
The SDR will direct outreach primarily toward expanding US small businesses scaling between $1M to $15M in annual revenue. Targeted accounts are typically owner-operated (targeting Founders, CEOs, or Owners) operating inside high-skill service domains such as marketing agencies, law firms, and consulting organizations. Core signals of need include fast operational expansion, a lack of dedicated internal financial leadership, back-office accounting bottlenecks, or impending venture funding requirements.
 
What to Expect: Success in the First 90 Days
 
  • Weeks 1 to 4 (Onboarding & Ignition): Fully internalize the financial service framework, lock in lead generation lists inside Apollo, activate outbound sequences, and secure the initial round of intro bookings.

  • By Day 90 (Consistent Velocity): Establish a predictable outbound cadence, consistently generating 10 or more qualified introduction calls per month for the corporate executive layer.
