Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home) 

 
Location: Remote from Latin America
 
Position Type: Full Time
  
Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 USD/month base (Calibrated to B2B outbound experience) + an aggressive performance commission framework on qualified meetings booked and closed business.
  
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST), with a designated 1-hour lunch break included.

The Role
 
Our Client is seeking a tenacious, analytical, and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the foundational engine of their top-of-funnel growth strategy. Please note: This is a high-ownership business development role demanding a process-builder who lives inside the CRM. The successful candidate will own the pipeline lifecycle—mapping target accounts, identifying executive procurement decision-makers, and executing multi-channel outbound outreach to promote the company's stock programs. Success in this role means providing U.S. sales representatives with a steady stream of highly qualified, conversion-ready opportunities to accelerate corporate market expansion.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

CRM Architecture Governance & Account Mapping

 

  • Owns and manages the central CRM platform (ActiveCampaign), ensuring every corporate account, contact detail, operational task, and pipeline opportunity is recorded with absolute data integrity.

  • Builds, enriches, and segments highly accurate prospect lists of retail, foodservice, and consumer-brand companies that precisely align with the firm's volume profiles.

  • Conducts deep commercial research across target enterprise accounts to identify and visually map out the specific Sourcing, Procurement, Packaging Engineering, and Store Operations leaders controlling packaging budgets.

  • Treats the CRM system as the company's single source of truth, establishing pristine database hygiene and structured follow-up cadences.

 

Multi-Channel Outreach & Lead Qualification

 

  • Executes high-velocity, multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns incorporating strategic cold emailing, LinkedIn sequences, and direct telephone outreach.

  • Promotes active product inventories, immediate stock programs, and competitive lead-time advantages to convert warm interest into rapid order generation.

  • Qualifies incoming inbound leads and outbound responses against rigid fit parameters, executing seamless handoffs of sales-ready opportunities to the U.S. account executives.

  • Synthesizes and submits key performance indicators on a weekly basis, highlighting outreach activity ratios, qualified meetings secured, net pipeline values, and funnel conversion metrics.

 
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
 
Required Qualifications
 
 
  • B2B Outbound Tenure: 2+ years of verified professional experience operating as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Inside Sales Specialist within a B2B corporate environment.

  • Fully Bilingual Communication Elite: Perfect, fully fluent written and verbal English communication habits (necessary to interface confidently with enterprise U.S. corporate buyers), paired with native or fluent Spanish.

  • CRM Ecosystem Literacy: Direct, hands-on experience navigating and managing database architectures within tools like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  • Prospecting Tool Stack Proficiency: Proven ability to source contacts and map org charts using intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.

  • Objection Handling & Persuasion: Genuine comfort executing outbound cold calls, overcoming resistance over the phone, and crafting highly tailored, persuasive cold email copy without operational supervision.

  • Resilient Self-Starter Mindset: A highly driven professional who establishes clear daily activity metrics independently, remains persistent in the face of rejection, and maintains commercial curiosity to uncover buyer motivations.

  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of a private, quiet remote home office workspace, a modern computer optimized to handle CRM and data scraping tools simultaneously, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

 
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Prior sales or prospecting experience targeting procurement departments within the retail, apparel, foodservice, or fast-moving consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.

  • Functional familiarity with manufacturing systems, industrial printing, commercial packaging, or international sourcing and supply chain logistics.

  • Experience independently engineering automated email sequences or custom pipeline automation triggers.
