Job Purpose
To lead sales activities across the Eastern Province and Bahrain, driving growth through territory ownership, partner development, and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the assigned territory (Eastern Province & Bahrain)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
- Build strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Work closely with presales teams to deliver effective technical solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in IT sales
- Proven experience in territory sales and business development
- Strong exposure to data centre and IT infrastructure solutions
- Experience working across multiple markets (KSA & Bahrain is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Arabic speaker preferred
