What you’ll do:
- Lead end to end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders on scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Conduct diagnostics by undertaking process analysis, formulating insights, and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Design and implementation of operating models
- Define client strategies and process improvement initiatives
- Crafting client-ready deliverables and presentations
- Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams
- Lead, coach and develop team members; assigning work and providing feedback
- Partner with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, statements of work and pitch materials
- Drive change management and adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications and post implementation support
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated background in consulting, continuous improvement, or project delivery experience, ideally within the mining, energy, utilities or resources sector
- Proven experience leading and managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs for major clients from strategy through to implementation
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management and day-to-day team coordination across projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, using data to diagnose and translate insights into practical and measurable outcomes
- Adaptability and structures problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
