As a Senior Executive in Direct Sales for Personal Financial Services, you'll identify and meet the needs of retail lending customers through personalized financial solutions, building strong customer relationships to drive mortgage portfolio growth. You'll provide proactive financial advice and service, ensure excellent service quality while complying with all banking regulations and internal policies, and assist in preparing periodic sales reports and statistics for management analysis. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients, and demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Sales Excellence & Customer Service
Deliver sales excellence by accurately identifying and meeting the needs of retail lending customers through personalized financial solutions.
Offer proactive financial advice and service to build strong customer relationships and drive mortgage portfolio growth.
Operational Compliance & Reporting
Ensure the delivery of excellent service quality while strictly complying with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of periodic sales reports and statistics to support management analysis and business planning.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant sales experience; experience in Mortgage/Lending is preferred.
Effective written and alternative communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
