Lead impactful commercial real estate projects across the Americas in a company committed to sustainability and innovation. As CRE Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring excellence in execution, collaboration, and safety while contributing to a greener future.
You Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRE project delivery across the Americas region
- Drive projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide clear reporting on progress, costs, and outcomes
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing CRE or construction projects
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Solid understanding of project delivery and commissioning
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks effectively
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
