Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an IT Principal Analyst, you will be a senior leader and subject matter expert, driving complex analysis, strategic planning, and successful delivery of high-impact IT solutions.Every day you will lead critical projects, conduct in-depth functional and technical analysis, develop innovative solutions, mentor colleagues, and collaborate extensively with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.To be successful, you will possess extensive experience across the SDLC, deep expertise in specific technology/applications, exceptional analytical/communication skills, and a proven ability to influence strategic outcomes.
- Provides advice, guidance, and support to help people to adopt and embed best-practice approaches to process management. Maintains procedures in the assigned area of responsibility. Reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency. Manages and maintains process compliance in line with business and regulatory requirements involving knowledge of technical processes, tools and techniques. Identifies, assesses and communicates associated risks.
- Leads focused technical analysis discussions, delivers supporting artifacts and drives review sessions for all necessary approvals.
- Selects, acquires and integrates data for analysis. Develops data hypotheses and methods, trains and evaluates analytics models, shares insights and findings and continues to iterate with additional data.
- Models and analyzes current state and future state processes; fosters understanding of how a project impacts current state.
- Project assignments are complex projects or enterprise-wide assignments.
- Works on one or more projects or process areas as an expert and provides direction where required.
- Remote eligible.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or a Business discipline or equivalent experience.
- 10 or more years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst.
Preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry.
- Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies.
