Description of Task to be Performed:
AnaVation is seeking a Lead Systems Architect with an active Secret clearance. The ideal candidate will be a technical and thought leader with a passion for modernizing legacy enterprise architectures in the Federal government space. This is a full-time position located onsite with our customer in Washington DC.
What you will be doing
- Provide technical, thought, and people leadership in the architectural redesign and modernization of a large, multi-tenant, legacy software application
- Support the Lead Developer to resolve particularly complex technical issues; provide innovative technical solutions to address environmental constraints and challenges
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support activities throughout the entire SDLC
- Ensure attainment of all SLAs/SLOs in accordance with the QASP
- Mentor cross-functional development team members to achieve collective success
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions
- Must possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative requiring minimal supervision
