About The Role
Operating in one of the fastest-growing markets in Asia with strong GDP, Knight Frank Vietnam offers full spectrum commercial advisory services in a lucrative and increasingly competitive commercial real estate sector. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, we help local and foreign owners, occupiers, investors and developers in every aspect of owning, occupying, developing and in commercial real estate across Vietnam focusing primarily on core markets in the country's two biggest seats of business and commerce, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing office leasing strategies, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and driving occupancy across assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement office leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
- Identify and engage potential tenants through various channels including brokers, direct outreach, and networking.
- Manage leasing inquiries, conduct site inspections, and negotiate lease terms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: landlords, tenants, property managers, and real estate agents.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support pricing and positioning strategies.
- Prepare leasing reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and brand standards in all leasing activities.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional campaigns to attract tenants.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial or office leasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Solid understanding of the HCMC office leasing market and tenant expectations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or real estate software is a plus.
