Primary Care Physician - Outpatient

Medical Director Opportunity – Central Florida

 

We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a growing organization serving the adult and Medicare population.

Location:
• Orlando, FL

 

Position Highlights:
• Medical Director role
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No hospital rounding
• Minimal call (1 week per year)
• Adult/Geriatric patient population
• Leadership opportunity with established support staff

 

Compensation & Benefits:
• $260,000 base salary
• PCP bonus up to $24,000
• Medicare bonus up to $36,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• 17 days PTO
• CME allowance and paid CME time
• Malpractice with tail coverage
• Florida license, DEA, and NICA paid
• 401(k) with employer match

 

Requirements:
• Board Certified MD/DO
• Primary Care experience preferred
• Spanish a plus
