Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand project requirements and staffing needs
- Present NarraSoft’s services including: Software Development, Game Development, 2D/3D Art & Creative Services, and BPO & Admin Support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate internally with recruitment, operations, and department leads to align candidate and project requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, capability decks, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Maintain and update CRM records, pipelines, and sales trackers
- Follow up consistently with leads and clients to move opportunities forward
- Attend internal strategy meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes
- Achieve monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Lead Generation, or related roles
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with international clients via Zoom, email, and chat
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, email outreach tools, or sales platforms is a plus
- Highly organized and proactive
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Pleasing personality
