Off the back of high client demand we are actively looking for researcher to join our team in New York.

What will you be doing:

• Building new and existing client relationships, cold & warm calling
• Face to face meetings with clients and candidates
• Generate candidates through job ad’s headhunting and EC1’s CRM system
• Candidate interview prep and feedback
• Working towards weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI’s to achieve targets
• Learning the 360 recruitment process from your peers around you
• Building your own personal brand

What you will be bring:

• Have experience in a recruitment or sales environment (preferred)
• Be goal driven, enthusiastic with a great mindset
• Have an outgoing and confident personality, who can lead their market
• Professional, ambitious, and keen to provide first rate service to client’s candidates and employees.
