Support and drive system development and improvement initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring system efficiency, quality, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, including 3BB, AI, Smart Home, PS-level projects, and other major ongoing initiatives.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review current IT systems, including network, software, and hardware, to identify errors, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with employees and department heads to determine system requirements and ensure operational efficiency.
Design and develop new systems or enhance existing systems to address identified issues.
Create analysis reports that present cost-benefit evaluations for proposed system upgrades or solutions.
Support the IT team in implementing newly developed and approved systems.
Test, troubleshoot, and validate newly implemented systems to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare and deliver training programs and documentation to guide end users in utilizing new systems effectively.
Submit and implement system deliverables under strict timelines and budget constraints.
Gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
Design and document system architectures and solutions.
Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability.
Manage system implementation and system integration activities.
