- Prepare technical reports, designs, specifications and project documentation
- Support project delivery through design coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Work closely with clients, airport operators and project teams
- Build your technical capability under the guidance of experienced aviation professionals
- Contribute to a strong team culture focused on collaboration, learning and innovation
What you’ll bring
- 1–4 years of engineering experience, ideally with exposure to aviation projects
- A degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience gained within an engineering consultancy, airport operator or infrastructure environment
- An understanding of airport, airfield or aviation-related projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Ability to manage your work effectively and contribute with increasing independence
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within the aviation sector
How we support your growth
We believe your career should be a rewarding and progressive journey. This role exists because of an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing and progressing our people. You'll join a team with a strong pipeline of aviation work and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful airport and aviation infrastructure projects from day one. You'll work alongside experienced aviation specialists who are passionate about mentoring and sharing their expertise, while building your own technical capability within a niche and highly valued market sector.
Recognised by the AFR as a Best Place to Work in 2026, we embrace diverse perspectives and flexible ways of working. You'll be supported by experienced leaders, a collaborative team environment and genuine opportunities for career growth and progression.
