Inside the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and Continuous Improvement (CI) function for DTFS North America. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operational excellence—ensuring initiatives are prioritized, governed, and delivered with measurable business impact. You will lead an integrated PMO and Continuous Improvement function, driving enterprise transformation, embedding structured methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma), and enabling consistent execution across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role partners closely with senior leadership (COO, Strategy, CFO, Risk, IT) to translate strategy into disciplined execution, supported by data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices.Posting Information

What You Drive at DTFS
Enterprise Transformation Leadership
· Own delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across all of DTFS, including: Operations, Credit, Risk, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal.
· Ensure alignment to strategic priorities, financial targets, and measurable value outcomes
· Oversee complex, cross-functional programs, including process, technology, and organizational change
· Drive execution discipline using structured delivery approaches (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models as appropriate)
· Develop new methods to empower AI Transformation based in Lean / CI principles
· Ensure risks, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs are actively managed at the portfolio level
PMO Strategy, Governance & Portfolio Management
· Define and lead the North America PMO operating model (intake, prioritization, governance, execution, reporting)
· Establish portfolio governance frameworks aligned with enterprise strategy and capacity
· Own initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio trade-off decisions
· Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and reporting across all programs
Continuous Improvement & Methodology Leadership
· Lead the enterprise Continuous Improvement framework
· Apply Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies
· Drive structured process improvement initiatives across operations, credit, and support functions
· Establish standard CI toolkits (5S, value stream mapping, 5 Whys, Gemba walks)
· Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement initiatives
· Build organizational capability through training and coaching
Portfolio Insights, Reporting & Value Realization
· Own portfolio-level transparency across initiatives (status, financials, risks, capacity, benefits)
· Ensure structured KPI frameworks and value tracking
· Provide executive dashboards and data-driven insights
· Ensure benefits realization is measured and sustained post-delivery
People Leadership & Capability Building
· Lead and develop a high-performing PMO & CI team
· Build capability in project delivery and CI methodologies
· Coach leaders and teams on execution discipline and accountability
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Knowledge You Should Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
· 8 years of experience in transformation, PMO, or continuous improvement
· Proven experience leading enterprise transformation
· Strong PMO governance and portfolio management background
· Demonstrated people leadership experience
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
· Lean / Six Sigma certifications
· PMP, Agile, or SAFe frameworks
· Experience in financial services
· Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation
· Experience in multi-country environments
