We are seeking an experienced senior Team Leader to join our Global Spare Supply team in KONE Business Services (KBS) center in Bratislava. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 professionals responsible for providing critical administrative support to stakeholders in the spare order management process. Your team will enable complete, correct and punctual deliveries of spares and accessories to frontline units and will manage the interface with key stakeholders during the delivery process.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and LEAN thinking.
Drive daily operational performance to ensure team efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver customer-focused service aligned with established KPIs and SLAs
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning priorities and enabling smooth collaboration.
Coach and mentor team members, providing regular feedback and supporting professional growth and development.
Oversee resource allocation to ensure critical tasks are prioritized, especially during unplanned demand.
Implement proactive workload balancing strategies to optimize team productivity
Act as a role model in managing stress and maintaining resilience, guiding the team through high-pressure situations with composure and positive leadership
Facilitate open communication within the team to surface challenges early and collaboratively identify solutions
Apply LEAN UX principles to improve service workflows, prioritizing customer-centric solutions and quick iterations.
Provide expertise and hands-on assistance with operational tasks and major projects as needed.
Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback loops, and data-driven decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
At least five years of experience in leading teams, preferably in supply chain and logistics, with customer service background as an advantage.
Good understanding of material and information flow within the supply chain process.
Experience from shared services or international corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated competence in managing stress and maintaining resilience under pressure, ensuring steady performance and effective leadership in challenging situations.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other European language is of an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is highly desirable.
A collaborative and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Experience in applying LEAN principles or LEAN UX is a plus.

Salary
From 2.500 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications.
