  • Assist with coordinating vendors, contractors, building management, internal business partners, and associates to support project schedules and completion of work.
  • Track project tasks using tools such as Microsoft Planner, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or other approved department systems.
  • Support Facilities ticket follow-up when requests are related to active projects, office readiness, maintenance needs, or associate workspace impacts.
  • Assist with ordering, tracking, and organizing project materials, furniture, supplies, signage, and equipment.
  • Help ensure completed project areas are clean, safe, organized, functional, and ready for associate use.

  • Hands-on practice with project documentation, task tracking, meeting follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
  • Understanding of how Facilities partners with business teams, vendors, contractors, and building management.
  • Opportunities to observe construction walkthroughs, office readiness activities, furniture coordination, and post-project follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a college, university, technical school, or related education program.
  • Preferred fields of study include construction management, project management, architecture, engineering, facilities management, business administration, operations, or a related field.
