What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan while driving incremental sales by collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent.
• Oversee effective day-to-day business and operational processes.
• Manage, inspire, and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development.
• Build and foster client book development by connecting communities through innovative and adaptive thinking and delivering meaningful experiences.
• Drive omnichannel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology.

You'll Need to Have

• Relevant experience managing a store within a specialty retail environment.
• A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to exceed targets and drive KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible approach.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• A keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
• English language proficiency.
