Description
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize usability testing findings to redesign and enhance a digital platform, improving the overall user journey, navigation, and user interface.
- Develop a clear and scalable information architecture for digital content and resources across multiple user journeys and lifecycle stages.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and high-quality implementation of design solutions.
Required Technical Skills and Certifications:
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record in user research, including interviewing, usability testing, and thematic analysis
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
- Experience in information architecture and content strategy
- Ability to translate complex processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems
Government and Public Sector Knowledge (Preferred)
- Understanding of Singapore Government operating environment and policy development processes
- Experience working with government agencies in product or service delivery contexts
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant design and UX certifications and experience with government websites
- Background in design and UX methodologies
