Description
About the job
Key Responsibilities
• People management: Manage and develop the MarCom & Design team (2 Marketing Executives, 2 Designers) — set priorities, review output quality, build capability, run the team as one execution unit rather than separate content and design functions.
• Brand consistency across channels: Enforce Gimo's brand presence and value consistently across every channel — Digital Growth's channels, Sales' enterprise collateral, Product's in-app surfaces — so customers get one coherent brand experience regardless of touchpoint.
• B2B trust-building: Ensure brand presence is strong at the moments that matter to enterprise decision-makers, building the trust that supports enterprise sign-on and long-term account relationships.
• End-user trust & coverage: Grow brand coverage and trust among workers directly — separate from any single campaign — so the brand itself, not just individual promotions, earns end-user trust.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Digital Growth, Product, and Sales on everything that touches the customer. Growth owns channel/campaign performance and conversion; this role owns whether what runs on those channels is on-brand and communicates value clearly.
• GTM leadership: Lead brand and positioning work for new product go-to-markets, translating what Product and Growth are building into a consistent brand story.
• Strategic projects: Own strategic brand and marketing projects assigned by the CGO end-to-end — from brief to launch to measurement.
• Execution management: Manage execution across the team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic brand/marketing initiatives deliver on time and to standard.
Requirements
• 5+ years in marketing, with 2+ years directly managing a team; B2B2C, fintech, or consumer finance experience in Vietnam strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to both execute personally (brand direction, content, copy) and manage others — not purely strategic, not purely hands-on.
• Track record building brand trust with both enterprise/B2B audiences and end consumers — this role spans both, not just one.
• Experience with financial services or regulated-product marketing is a strong plus, given lending compliance requirements.
• Fluent Vietnamese; working proficiency in English.
