Your Role:
At Siegfried we are currently looking for a Business Process Architect to join our digitalization team in our site based in Zofingen.Reporting to the Global Head Digitalization your main responsibilities will be:
-Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture, linking strategic objectives to operational execution.
-Lead process mapping and modelling (using BPMN, APQC, SCOR or equivalent standards) for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D and all other supporting functions.
-Ensure process designs are aligned with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
-Identify and prioritize opportunities for process simplification, automation, and performance enhancement.
-Partner with digital transformation colleagues to embed solutions, using existing or new applications and technologies into development workflows, streaming projects into ones which are quick wins that can be developed with speed and simplicity or others which require longer-term, collaborative transformation projects.
-Establish and maintain process governance frameworks to ensure consistent adoption and accountability.
-Conduct periodic reviews of processes to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving regulations.
-Act as a bridge between operational teams, IT, and senior leadership to translate business needs into executable processes.
-Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes.
-Drive cultural adoption of process-oriented thinking across the organization.
Your main tasks will be:
Lead digital transformation initiatives by managing idea pipelines, governance frameworks, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the adoption of innovative business solutions.

Strong in conflict management with a proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees, aligning cross functional teams to common goals and deliverables, and celebrating success when they do.
Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale technology deployments, managing resources, and ensuring project milestones and KPIs are met.
Required Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent business management qualifications are a plus.
Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CBPA (Certified Business Process Architect) or equivalent.
5 years of proven experience in business process transformation, digital transformation, AI, or technology implementation roles.
Advanced project management skills.
Business English proficiency; German would be a plus
