Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture principles.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster consensus among stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning and control concepts within discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in mapping and modeling business processes to support system implementations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable process documentation.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for user and task analysis to capture business needs effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
