Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Administer payroll transactions, such as: new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, bonuses, commissions, and statutory deductions.
- Compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp, and other relevant employment regulations.
- Verify payroll data, attendance, leave records, claims, and timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Handle payroll-related queries and provide timely support to employees and management.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external authorities on payroll matters, audits, and statutory submissions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Support payroll process improvements, system enhancements, and compliance with internal controls.
- Assist in annual payroll activities, including EA Form preparation, tax reporting, payroll reconciliation, and year-end closing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end payroll for large organizations.
- Proficient in iFlex Payroll System with hands-on experience in payroll processing and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll legislation.
- Experience handling payroll audits, statutory submissions, payroll reconciliations, and year-end payroll processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
Location: Senai, Johor
Salary Range: Up to RM12k
