Responsibilities:
Identify, design and execute improvement initatives. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • To identify new and innovative ways of working that achieve net financial savings and operational efficiency. • To develop a culture throughout the organisation and promote the use of business improvement tools and techniques to manage and deliver continuous improvement. • Provide support in terms of interpreting, collating, producing complex data to underpin the deliverables and development Business Improvement Programs. • Identify, through analysis and interpretation of data collated for areas of improvement within throughout the organisation and provide detailed support for the development of business cases to be considered. • Be responsible for the collation of complex data (financial, process and HR structural) from across the organisation, to provide a single view, interpret the data and identify where synergies or duplication exist. • Identify, review, reconcile and submit project related documentation to the Project Management Office to ensure the effective capture and monitoring of projects being undertaken across the organization. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
