Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. The Business Transformation Manager is responsible for leading HR Shared Services (HRSS) transformation initiatives for clients by designing and implementing future-ready HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, process improvements, automation solutions, and employee experience strategies. The role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery organizations to drive sustainable business outcomes. This is a highly client-facing role requiring expertise in HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), HR Operations, process transformation, service delivery, digital enablement, and organizational change management.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR Leaders, HR Operations leaders, and Shared Services executives • Lead client workshops to define transformation objectives, target operating models, and business cases • Understand client business priorities and translate them into HR transformation roadmaps • Develop trusted client relationships and manage executive stakeholder expectations • Present transformation recommendations, risks, and progress updates to senior leadership • Support business development, proposal development, and client pursuits • Assess current-state HR operating models, processes, and service delivery capabilities • Design future-state HR Service Delivery Models (SDM) and Shared Services organizations • Define HR tiering models (Self-Service, Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) • Develop HR service catalogs, knowledge management frameworks, and case management strategies • Drive consolidation and standardization of HR processes across geographies and business units • Lead Shared Services set-up, expansion, or optimization programs • Conduct process assessments using Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies • Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation • Establish process governance and KPI frameworks • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs • Monitor transformation benefits and ensure realization of expected outcomes • Lead implementation and adoption of HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, AI and Automation solutions • Identify opportunities for Employee self-service, Virtual agents and chatbots, Workflow automation, Knowledge management solutions, Analytics and reporting enhancements • Collaborate with technology teams to define functional and process requirements • Develop end-to-end HR operating models aligned to business strategy • Define governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and service ownership • Establish interaction models between HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Business Functions • Create workforce and capability strategies to support transformation objectives • Manage large-scale HR transformation programs from strategy through implementation • Develop roadmaps, project plans, and governance mechanisms • Oversee risk management and issue resolution activities • Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans • Ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models • Build transformation of business cases and investment proposals
