We are looking for a Deploy Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team based in Istanbul and will directly report to Senior Brand Manager. The role will be temporary.

 

Join us in shaping Türkiye’s most loved, thinnest and crispiest potato chips brand, creating smiles with every bite.

Responsibilities

 

 

• Support business decisions through data analysis and market, category, brand, and competitor tracking; identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Support the management of Lay’s brand and product initiatives, including innovation projects and campaign execution from development to post-launch evaluation
• Contribute to the development and execution of brand campaigns through strong creative development, media planning, and communication execution
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Commercialization, Dx, Sales, Supply Chain, Insights, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory etc.) to identify opportunities and deliver business objectives
• Work closely with external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of brand initiatives
• Partner closely with Dx and Sales to deliver effective shopper marketing, in‑store execution, and retailer‑specific activations across retail channels
• Ensure excellence in brand plan execution by managing key milestones, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement.
• Monitor & report Lay’s A&M budget and ensure efficient investment aligned with brand priorities

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

• University degree with 2+ years of marketing, preferably brand management experience in FMCG companies
• Energetic, curious and fast learner with strong learning agility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with data and financials and able to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Creative thinker with a passion for building brands and delivering impactful consumer experiences
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and continuously develop
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Flexible, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
