Description

Description

We are a technology-driven company. We built our business with the purpose of empowering people and improving their organizations, one payment at a time. We started our journey by providing smart and simple payment processing tools and products but haven't stopped there. We are backed by a team of world-class experts and the best technology talent, and we are committed to helping more new businesses get started, increase the revenues of our customers, and bridge the gap between online merchants and payment solutions. Our mission is to give companies the tools they need to change the future of their business.

Payarc is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that enable sales teams, activate strategic partners, engage prospects and customers, track and evaluate performance, and effectively position the company's products and solutions in the market. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing, translating business and product priorities into scalable go-to-market programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue. The ideal candidate combines cross-organization collaboration with hands-on execution and is comfortable executing multiple marketing motions, including sales enablement, partner marketing, CRM and pipeline marketing, and product marketing.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify marketing and enablement needs across the partner and customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including training presentations, sales collateral, case studies, email templates, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Support sales campaigns and targeted account initiatives with appropriate messaging, content, and marketing programs.

Partner & Channel Marketing

  • Support revenue goals by enabling and creating partner marketing motions, campaigns, toolkits, and activation programs.
  • Coordinate joint webinars, events, campaigns, product launches, and other co-marketing initiatives.
  • Measure partner marketing activity, engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness/attribution.

Marketing Operations & CRM

  • Develop and execute CRM-based marketing programs designed to engage prospects and partners throughout their lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales to improve marketing-to-sales handoffs and lead follow-up processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable prospect and partner performance reporting, channel communications, and audience segmentation and data quality standards.

Product Marketing

  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, enhancements, and new capabilities.
  • Ensure consistent product positioning across sales, partner, CRM, digital, asset development, and marketing communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key marketing partner to Sales, Partnerships/Channel, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing/Marketing Services to develop new assets and ensure programs and materials align with company brand, messaging, and communications standards.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Measurement & Performance

  • Establish and monitor KPIs across the role's primary areas of responsibility, including sales hand-off and funnel activity, audience segmentation, CRM and pipeline conversion, campaign and lead source attribution, ABM and top-of-funnel performance, and marketing contribution and revenue objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and marketing/sales operations skills with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and business outcomes.
  • Intermediate-to-expert proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools; comfortable using AI solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to create a strong connection between Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Product, equipping sales teams and partners with the right messaging, tools, campaigns, and programs to engage the market.

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within payments, fintech, financial services, or another complex solution-based environment that utilizes partner sales methodologies.
  • Experience in channel, partner, product, demand generation, CRM, sales enablement, or revenue/marketing operations.
  • Experience developing sales and partner enablement materials.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and email/lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
  • Must be based in the Greenwich, CT or Greater NYC area and willing to be in the office 2–3 times a week.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Ability to work in the Greenwich, CT office 2–3 days per week.
  • Occasional travel to industry events, partner meetings, or other company locations as needed.
