What You'll Do

As an Electrical Service Technician, you'll be the trusted expert our customers rely on to keep their homes safe, comfortable, and functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems and components
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and financing options
• Maintain appropriate inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment on your vehicle
• Travel throughout the service area to complete scheduled calls efficiently
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and customer needs
• Obtain customer authorization and payment upon job completion
• Meet established performance and sales goals
• Generate opportunities for replacement consultations when appropriate
• Consistently meet or exceed company performance standards

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical experience
• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices
• Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with inspectors, suppliers, and team members
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, overtime, and on-call rotations as needed
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
