Account Management Associate

In this role, you'll

• Apply your technical expertise to help the team deliver high-quality results and continuously improve performance.
• Share knowledge and provide mentorship to support others’ skill development.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues that have a broad impact, proposing improvements and risk mitigation plans.
• Operate independently while staying aligned with team and company goals.
• Lead or contribute to projects that involve collaboration across different teams.

Customer Excellence

• Build and nurture effective relationships with decision-makers within both Amadeus and customer organizations.
• Promote open communication to enhance collaboration and mutual success.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving complex customer issues and driving satisfaction.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and customer expectations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain consistent quality and jointly address priorities.

Business Development & Strategic Support

• Identify opportunities that create long-term value for Amadeus and its customers.
• Partner with internal teams to shape proposals and business responses that align with customer needs.
• Support sales and legal teams with information and insights to strengthen partnership outcomes.
• Represent Amadeus while fostering strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
