Location: New York, NY or London (in person 4 days per week)
Compensation: $385,000 - $550,000 base; total compensation $1M - $1.5M with equity

The Role
Dynamo AI is hiring a Director of Engineering to scale its engineering organization from about 25 people to a significantly larger, globally distributed team, with direct accountability for hiring, leadership development, operating cadence and technical execution.
What You Will Do
- Build out engineering from roughly 25 to 100+ people across regions.
- Hire and develop engineering leaders.
- Set operating cadence and technical execution standards.
- Provide credibility across AI engineering and production deployment infrastructure.
- Represent engineering externally through technical communication.
