Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Reporting, Analytics & AI Enablement leads the organization's business intelligence, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. The role leverages modern BI and data platforms, advanced analytics tools, cloud-based data environments, and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot to deliver actionable insights, drive business performance, and create scalable data-driven solutions across the enterprise. Data Engineering, Platforms & Automation Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using modern cloud-based data and analytics platforms. Integrate and manage data from ERP, CRM, retailer, syndicated, financial, and operational systems. Utilize Python, SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and related technologies to automate reporting and analytical workflows. Partner with technology teams to establish efficient data architectures, pipelines, and governance frameworks. Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual reporting efforts and improve overall productivity. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze large and complex datasets to identify performance trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Deliver insights related to sales performance, customer development, distribution, pricing, promotions, category performance, and market share. Conduct root-cause analyses and develop data-driven recommendations for commercial teams and leadership. Support annual planning, customer reviews, forecasting, and strategic business initiatives. Create compelling business narratives that transform data into meaningful stories. Reporting Development & Data Visualization Architect and develop enterprise business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and semantic models. Create and optimize complex calculations, measures, KPIs, and data models. Design intuitive visualizations that improve accessibility and drive business adoption. Implement performance optimization best practices within reporting environments. Support self-service analytics capabilities across the organization. Data Engineering & Automation Develop automated reporting processes using Python, SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, and related technologies. Eliminate manual reporting through workflow automation and scalable solutions. Build and maintain data pipelines that integrate data from multiple internal and external sources. Improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and refresh performance through automation initiatives. Partner with technology teams to enhance data architecture and system integrations. Advanced Analytics Develop predictive, diagnostic, and exploratory analytical models to support business objectives. Create analytical frameworks that identify drivers of performance and customer opportunities. Support forecasting, trend analysis, and business scenario modeling. Evaluate emerging analytics technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Data Governance & Quality Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across reporting platforms. Develop processes for data validation, testing, and quality assurance. Establish documentation, metadata standards, and reporting governance practices. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve data management processes. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing reporting and analytics team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. Provide coaching on analytical methodologies, visualization techniques, and business storytelling. Manage project prioritization, workload balancing, and resource planning. Drive professional development and technical skill advancement across the team. Other duties as assigned. Understands the business and organizational environment and shows interest in adapting to their culture and ways of working.  Education and Work History: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or related disciplines. 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence teams. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other reporting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, and analytical modeling. Strong experience with Python for data transformation, automation, reporting, and analytics. Experience working with SQL and relational databases. Strong knowledge of data modeling, visualization best practices, and dashboard development. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Customer Development, Sales, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations. Experience with retail POS data, syndicated data platforms (Circana, NielsenIQ, SPINS), and customer reporting. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud analytics platforms. Experience with machine learning, forecasting, and predictive analytics. Power BI, Microsoft Data Analyst, or related analytics certifications. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Generative AI Applications, Prompt Engineering, Power Platform, Automations Solutions. Scintilla knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Python and SQL preferred.
