Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Business Banking portfolio within the Institutional Banking Group
- Oversee the team's performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business banking portfolio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the banking industry
