We create natural and effective wellness products for babies and children, with a focus on trust, quality, and family well-being. We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who can shoot and edit engaging visual content that feels warm, authentic, and trustworthy.
Job Overview
The Content Creator (Shoot + Edit) will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content for social media, digital advertising, websites, e-commerce marketplaces, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in professional camera and smartphone videography, video editing, product photography, and short-form and long-form content productionKey Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality video and photo content using DSLR or mirrorless cameras and smartphones.
- Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and performance marketing creatives.
- Shoot and edit long-form videos for YouTube, brand campaigns, and educational content.
- Execute product photography and videography for the website, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital campaigns.
- Create Meta ad creatives with strong visual hooks, multiple creative variations, and platform-specific formats.
- Cover brand events, product launches, doctor and parent meets, pop-ups, and other marketing activities.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Add captions, transitions, basic motion graphics, sound effects, and colour correction while maintaining a clean, natural visual style.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and design teams to execute content calendars and campaign requirements.
- Shoot mothers, babies, and children with sensitivity, comfort, and safety as priorities.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, video styles, and digital advertising requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, and video editing.
- Practical knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience shooting both short-form and long-form videos.
- Proficiency in DSLR or mirrorless cameras and smartphone videography.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or After Effects.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Meta advertising formats, and social media trends.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating shooting and editing skills is mandatory.
Good to Have
- Experience using a gimbal and shooting natural, everyday lifestyle content.
- Knowledge of AI-powered tools for visual creation and video editing.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, baby care, wellness, or e-commerce brands.
